Junior Interior Designer / Draughtsman
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary Range: Rs 10,000-Rs 15,000 / month
Location: Mumbai
- With 2 years’ experience in departmental store, Café / QSR design.
- Should be able to understand the concept and translate the same into drawings
- Site visits pan India for site surveys and preparation of the drawings based on measurements
- Co-ordination consultants as required for co-ordination drawings.
- Pro in design detailing with good knowledge of materials.
- BOQ preparation / Quantity calculation for projects upto 1000sqft
- Expertise in AutoCAD required. Knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, Excel, Powerpoint presentations must.
- Revit, 3D MAX – Optional.
Architect
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Salary Range: Rs. 20,000- Rs. 25,000 /month
Location: Mumbai
- With minimum 3 years’ experience in departmental store / retail design and 2 years’ experience in Café / QSR design / basic knowledge of services.
- Small architectural projects - Retail centres / Bungalows / rural housing / competition drawings.
- Should be able to independently handle client co-ordination.
- Should be able to independently manage the services co-ordination with appointed services consultants and agencies (Graphics / 3D) if any during the course of the project.
- Site visits pan India for site surveys / later for resolving issues if any on site.
- Co-ordination with vendors as and when required.
- Good in design developing, materials and detailing.
- BOQ preparation (alteast for smaller projects – upto 2500sqft)
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Excel, Powerpoint presentationsrequired. Knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, preferable.
- Revit, 3D MAX – Optional.
