Our major focus is to deliver work which is practical and creative; this helps us satisfy our clients beyond their expectations.
Studio Square is the brainchild of Architect Gautami Katdare. The firm is growing into a versatile practice with rapidly growing portfolio comprising of multiple projects in store design, hospitality design, workplaces, industrial design, clinics, spas, residential design and much more!

The main intent of the design process is to benefit from a systematic progression through a series of steps in logical sequence to solve the design problem.
Design Brief
Recognise the client's requirements, ascertain the objectives, feasibility, extent, budget, and style preferences.Planning
Determine the layout of the furniture, traffic flow, and functional requirements based on the details provided for preliminary approval.Pre-Concept design
Create conceptual schematics based on the approved plan budget, style preferences.Design development
Finalizing the concept based on the pre-concept design workshop. Finalize the colour schemes, mood boards and tentative materials. Preparing the 3D renderings for visual representation.Construction Documentation
On finalization of the concept in the design development workshop, preparing the execution drawings, Bill of Quantities and Schedule of finishes for bidding.Construction Administration
On finalization of the vendor post bidding and negotiations, administering the work on site as per commitment in the agreement.Final touches
